Yesterday Rihanna took to Instagram to tease a new single,”Sledgehammer,” a contribution that the pop star made to the upcoming “Star Trek Beyond” soundtrack. The teaser clip didn’t share much in the way of the music, but this morning the full record has hit Spotify and Tidal.
It’s definitely a massive record,
written by Sia, thus finding the two artists reconnect for the first
time since “Diamonds.” Will “Sledgehammer” have equal success?
“Sledgehammer” serves as the theme song for the third “Star Trek”
film.
