JAY-Z AND BEYONCÉ TEAM UP ON ‘MAGNA CARTA HOLY GRAIL’

Mr. and Mrs. Carter are putting their relationship on wax once again. The superstar couple has recorded another collaboration for Jay-Z’s new album Magna Carta Holy Grail.

The Roc Nation mogul has revealed the lyrics to “Part II (On the Run),” which appears to be a sequel to “’03 Bonnie & Clyde,” his 2002 hit with Beyoncé off The Blueprint 2: The Gift & The Curse.

“I don’t care if you on the run/ Baby as long as I’m next to you/ And if loving you is a crime/ Tell me why do I bring out/ The best in you,” raps Jay, while B provides the hook.



“They can take me/ Now that I found the places that you take me/ Without you I got nothing to lose,” she sings.

Due July 4 on Samsung Mobile devices, Magna Carta also features Justin Timberlake (“Holy Grail”), Frank Ocean (“Oceans”), and Rick Ross (“FuckWithMeYouKnowIGotIt”), with production from Swizz Beatz, Rick Rubin, Pharrell, and Timbaland.See the lyrics to “Part II (On the Run)” below.
