Sheva (real name: Folarin Ayeni), or FolaSheva to some, got into music at an early age. Beginning with the piano, he began covering popular songs (you can find them all over Youtube), which has brought him a good following. With that in mind, he has now decided to take his music career further by becoming a recording artiste under the new indie label, The Mävrik Music. Sheva’s music can be described as “Alternative Hip-Hop” which is a fusion of “everything with that hip-hop feel to it”. From catchy hooks, quirky verses and deep lyrics, one can only imagine the sound Sheva brings to the fast rising Nigerian music industry.
